We hope you are all enjoying listening to Srila Prabhupada. The tapes we play on the radio has the potency to change the heart of anyone be it the most fallen and to those who are familiar to hearing these tapes earlier can relish and derive newer mellows.

We bring you every month the records of the activity happening on the Radio, here it is for the month of July'2015.

This time we could reach to many more devotees, unique listeners have grown past 1000 mark a month and listener sessions opened this month are at all time high, a big Haribol to listeners from UK, there we have recorded a significant jump in listening hours and we are witnessing a lot of activity from Australia as well.

In our last post we informed you that we are going to update our Audio archives with the latest media, so at present we have updated most of our media and we will complete the updation this week, however the Radio will not have any stoppage due to that.

Another thing is that very soon we all can listen to Srila Prabhupada live Radio on Apple iphone. We are working on it and lets see by Lord's grace how quickly we can finish this off.

Listener Statistics for June 2015

We are posting here listener statistics for month June'2015.

This time we have added another chart which shows monthly comparison of the number of Unique Listeners coming to listen & number of total Listening Sessions opened in a month. We have found that both goes in line with each other unlike the listening hours, this can be the better chart to analyze where are we heading.

We have found that the recordings in our audio archive is lesser than those BBT has issued so far. As per our knowledge, commonly people buy DVD naming Srila Prabhupada MP3 Audio library which includes audio collection of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada from 1966-1977 but this is not complete yet, BBT has time to time issued more audio lectures in DVD's with yearly classification like 1976-77, 1975, 1974, 1973 separately than the audio library DVD's. Most of the lectures available in yearly DVD's are there in Srila Prabhupada MP3 Audio library DVD's yet there are many more lectures which are new in these DVD's. Therefore, we will be updating our entire archive on our cloud very soon.

Srila Prabhupada stresses on hearing about the Absolute Truth in one of the purport as :

"The Lord can be realized through the aural reception of the transcendental message, and that is the only way to experience the transcendental subject. As fire is kindled from wood by another fire, the divine consciousness of man can similarly be kindled by another divine grace. His Divine Grace the spiritual master can kindle the spiritual fire from the woodlike living entity by imparting proper spiritual messages injected through the receptive ear. Therefore one is required to approach the proper spiritual master with receptive ears only, and thus divine existence is gradually realized."

Therefore make listening to Srila Prabhupada as your daily activity and please make more people aware about Srila Prabhupada's , a pure devotee's vani so easily available in this Material World.

Listener Statistics for May'2015

All Glories to Srila Prabhupada,

Below is the record of the listener activities for the month of May'2015. 
As usual highest number of sessions were opened from devotees in India and in terms of listening hours devotees from US dominated, however lot of activities were seen from Australia, they listened around 33% of total time on radio and around 180 sessions were recorded.   

For your information we are currently working on our another version of android app. since the current version is very basic and we want to make improvements in it, the fact that we don't have the source code available for it, so for every subsequent change we need to pay in $$, therefore sometime back we decided that we would develop our own app. one of our team member has hands on experience on designing android apps. and we are on the way, we are still in testing phase, we are hopeful to get it complete soon.
Similarly we would like to start broadcasting Srila Prabhupada live Radio on ios platform as well, if anyone would like to help us in bringing this out, may please get in touch on srilalive@gmail.com.
